Where are all my N names?! What a ring! Synthetic ruby cabochon with an inlaid letter N to the stone - so unusual and beautifully done! In a setting of 10k yellow gold with green gold leaves to the shoulders. In good condition. One blemish to the stone to the left of the letter N but not overly noticeable when worn.
