Looks JUST like a London Blue topaz but it’s actually a lab grown spinel! Super pretty clear cushion cut stone in 10k yellow gold. Setting is stunning with filigree throughout. In very good condition. Stone has a fleabite to the table under 10x but nothing noticeable when worn to the naked eye.
