This is a pair of slightly mismatched Martini style 3 prong lab grown diamond studs in 14k yellow gold.  One diamonds is approx 6.2mm and the other is 6.5mm - will not be noticeable when worn.  Diamond weight is approx 1.94ctw, G/SI clarity.  Butterfly backs.  New and unworn.
