Ladies 18k yellow gold vintage Rolex with original box. With diamond set bezel and mother of pearl dial. Fits a small wrist - up to approx 6.5” with the additional included links. Running but could use a service. Catch holds nice and tight - beautiful piece! Please note that this is a true vintage Rolex so it does not have the second position on the stem to adjust the date.
