Vintage French cut synthetic sapphire and diamond ring in 18k white gold.  Beautiful setting with engraved details.  Circa 1930.  Sapphires show wear commensurate with age and one is chipped to the corners.  Otherwise in good condition.  Diamond is approx .15ct.
