Incredible vintage ring in 18k white gold with filigree.  Set with a fancy cut synthetic blue sapphire.  Very detailed setting.  Stone is in good condition, especially for it’s age - some minor wear but nothing significant.  Circa 1930.  Shank has thinned a little to the back, otherwise in very good condition.
