Incredible on trend blue topaz and pearl 2 stone ring from Effy.  Heart shaped blue topaz and a single pearl sit side by side in a band of 14k white gold.  Blue topaz is a light Swiss blue.  New and unworn with original Effy tag.  Topaz is 3.35ct.
